I help founders stop closing every deal themselves, ramp their reps faster, and raise cash per booked call.

I fixed the leak. The numbers moved.
Filmed by the reps themselves. Every number was produced while I was working with that rep. Open any case study to see what was broken, what I did, and what changed.

Someone who has closed, coached and managed on the same floor.
I spent two years closing high-ticket myself before I managed anyone. Because I've done the job, I know what a rep is dealing with when the numbers dip. You see the figures every week and sign off on the big decisions. The day-to-day of the floor is on me.
I build the sales system your team is missing, so you can step out of the closing seat.
DM me on Instagram and bring your numbers. On the diagnosis call I name the one constraint capping your revenue and tell you what I'd fix first. If we're not a fit, I'll say so.

The questions founders ask first.
What do you actually install?+
I build the sales system most teams are missing and run it with you, so it keeps working after the first results. The pieces work as one machine:
- Tracking and a CRM, built from scratch, so the real constraint is visible and decisions are made on numbers.
- A tested script and objection library, built from real calls and updated when the numbers say so.
- A pre-call and setting process, so more of the calls you pay for actually show up.
- A ramping plan, so new reps reach their numbers fast instead of burning lead flow while they find their feet.
- Hiring from proven networks, so you fill seats with people who have already shown they can sell.
- A daily coaching and reporting rhythm, so the standard holds after the first wins.
What is your approach to fixing a sales team?+
The same four steps every time, in order. I call it the Operator Loop.
- Measure. Build the tracking and read the numbers to find where the cash is leaving.
- Fix. Close the one constraint holding the floor back before anything else. On the floors above, it was the pre-call and setting process.
- Ramp. Give new reps a clear plan from day one, with daily training and feedback on real calls.
- Run. Keep a daily rhythm of end-of-day tracking and live data, with me reachable when a rep needs a decision.
How do you measure success beyond close rate?+
Close rate only counts the calls that happened, so it hides a lot. The number I steer by is cash collected per booked call (cash collected divided by calls booked), because it holds show rate, close rate and price together. Underneath it I track the inputs that produce it:
- Cash collected per booked call
- Show rate
- Close rate by rep
- Ramp time for a new rep to hit their numbers
- Booked, held and closed calls per day
You see all of it in one live sheet rather than finding out at month-end.
How do you work with me and my existing team?+
I run the coaching, the hiring, the ramp and the reporting, and you stay in the loop. You see the numbers every week and sign off on the big decisions. In the first couple of weeks I need access to your accounts and a few hours from you to film the authority assets, then quick answers when decisions come up.
Your existing reps get coached first. The diagnosis shows who comes up with the right training and who isn't the right fit. Every session is direct with me.
What kind of business is this for?+
High-ticket offers sold over the phone or on Zoom, run by a founder or manager who has a team or is building one. The floor is around $100K a month, with an offer that already sells and calls already coming in.
I've built floors for trading and coaching offers. The one place this struggles is an offer that doesn't deliver for the customer. A sales system can't fix that, and I'll tell you on the call if that's the real problem.
What happens on the diagnosis call?+
You bring your numbers. I read your team and your funnel and name the one constraint capping your revenue, specific enough that you'll know on the call whether I'm right.
If working together is a fit, the first seven days are a full diagnosis: bottleneck analysis, a funnel audit and a twelve-month projection, all before any build starts. Pricing depends on your offer and whether I'm rebuilding what you have or building from scratch. It's a setup fee plus a share of what the team collects, and we cover the exact terms on the call.
If we're not a fit, I'll say so, and you still leave with your real constraint named.
